Yamuna Authority Plots 2009 Scheme

These Plots were allotted in a Scheme Launched by YEIDA in 2009, where the booking amount was Rs. 1 Lac. The other allotment details are as below:

Allotment Rate: Rs. 4750/-

There are three Payment Plans:

1. Payment Plan 1 (Also called 50% Payment Plan) where the total 50% of total cost of the plot amount was deposited during the time of allotment and rest 50% was on 6 months installments till January’ 2018. The total cost to Allottee in long term under this payment plan was Rs. 17.61 Lacs approx.

1. Payment Plan 2 (Also called 30% Payment Plan) where the 30% of the total cost of the plot amount was deposited during the time of allotment and rest 70% was on 6 months installments till January’ 2018. The total cost to Allottee in long term under this payment plan was Rs. 19.35 Lacs approx.

3. Payment Plan 3 (Also called Down Payment Plan) where 100% amount was deposited during the time of allotment.

These Plots were allotted in Sector 18 & Sector 20 of New Upcoming Yamuna Expressway City. Sector 18 were allotted only small sizes of plots of sizes 300 Square Meter while rest of the bigger sizes including 300 sq mtr were allotted in sector 20 of Yamuna Authority.
